- 🍄 2 packs enoki mushrooms
- 🧅 Chopped green onion, as needed
Seasonings
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1 tsp gochujang
- 1/2 tsp Japanese dashi powder
- 💧 200 ml water
步驟

Trim the root ends of the enoki mushrooms and cut them in half.

Combine all the seasoning ingredients in a pot and mix well.

Add the enoki mushrooms to the pot and cook over medium heat until the liquid is reduced and absorbed.

Serve in a bowl and garnish with chopped green onions.
