- 1 pack fish cake
- 1 tbsp red chili powder
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp plum extract
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 green chili cube
- Some chopped spring onion
- Some minced garlic
- 2 cups broth
步驟
Prepare the broth using dried anchovies, radish, spring onion roots, dried mushrooms, and pollock skin. Store extra broth in the fridge.
Skewer the fish cakes in a twisted pattern. Blanch them in hot water to remove excess oil.
Mix the broth with the chili powder, gochujang, sugar, plum extract, soy sauce, and bring to a boil.
Taste the broth and adjust sweetness or saltiness by adding sugar or salt. Add the green chili cube for a spicy kick.
Add chopped spring onion, minced garlic, and ensure the flavors are well combined. Continuously ladle the broth over the skewers for even seasoning.
