- 🍤 6 whole shrimp with shells
Seasoning
- 1/2 tbsp sake
- Enough cornstarch to coat
Vegetables
- 1/2 bunch chives
- 🧅 10 cm green onion, minced
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, sliced
- Enough sliced chili to taste
Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1/2 tbsp mirin
- 🧂 1 tsp sugar
