Essential Ingredients
- 150g kalguksu noodles
- 3 cups water
- 🥔 1/2 potato
- 🧅 1/4 onion
- 🥒 1/4 zucchini
- 🧅 1/4 green onion
- 1 green chili
Seasoning Ingredients
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 1 tbsp doenjang
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp red pepper powder
- 1 tbsp soy sauce

Slice the vegetables: 1/2 potato, 1/4 onion, 1/4 zucchini.

In a pot, add 3 cups of water and dissolve doenjang and gochujang using a strainer. Add red pepper powder.

Add minced garlic and soy sauce to the pot and bring to a boil.

Rinse the kalguksu noodles to remove excess starch and add them to the pot.

Add the sliced vegetables to the pot and cook until tender.

Finish by adding green onion and green chili before serving.
