- 200g bean sprouts
- 50g chives, chopped
Seasonings
- 🍬 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp chili oil

Cut the chives into 3cm pieces.

Boil water in a pot, add bean sprouts and chives, and cook for about 1 minute. Drain thoroughly.

In a bowl, mix the boiled vegetables with sugar, vinegar, soy sauce, and chili oil. Let it cool and refrigerate for 10 minutes.
