Main Ingredients
- 150g yam, sliced thinly
- 200g sashimi-grade bonito
- 3 shiso leaves, torn
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp chopped green onion
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp chili paste
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
步驟

Slice the yam into thin pieces, approximately 7mm thick. Tear the shiso leaves into small pieces.

Cut the bonito into 7mm slices at an angle.

Mix all the seasoning ingredients in a bowl until well combined.

Add the yam and bonito slices to the bowl and mix gently to coat evenly.

Plate the mixture and garnish with the torn shiso leaves.
