Protein
- 🍗 250g chicken thigh
- 🧈 120g firm tofu
Vegetables
- 🥦 125g broccoli florets
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, minced
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp miso
- 1/2 tsp chili paste
步驟
Cut broccoli into small florets and mince the garlic.
Pat dry the tofu with a paper towel and cut into bite-sized pieces.
Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper.
Mix all sauce ingredients in a bowl until combined.
Heat sesame oil and garlic in a pan over low heat until fragrant, then add chicken and cook for 3–4 minutes over medium heat until the color changes.
Add tofu and broccoli to the pan, stir briefly, then add 1 tbsp water and cover to steam for 2 minutes.
Add the prepared sauce and stir-fry over medium heat until the liquid evaporates.
