- 🍄 1 pack oyster mushrooms
- 1/2 pack mizuna
- 6 cm yam, julienned
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 1/2 tsp sugar
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- 1 tsp chili oil
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 🌰 2 tbsp white sesame seeds
步驟

Trim the root of the oyster mushrooms, break them into bite-sized pieces, and microwave in a heatproof container covered with plastic wrap at 600W for 1 minute.

Cut the mizuna into 3 cm pieces and julienne the yam.

Mix all the seasoning ingredients in a bowl until well combined.

Add the prepared vegetables and mushrooms to the bowl and mix thoroughly.
