Main Ingredients
- 4 slices chashu pork
- 🧅 1 stalk green onion, thinly sliced
- As needed shredded nori
Seasoning
- 🧂 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/4 tsp chicken stock powder
- 🧂 A pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp chili oil
- 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds

Thinly slice the green onion and soak in water for 5 minutes. Drain well. Slice the chashu pork into thin strips.

In a bowl, mix soy sauce, chicken stock powder, salt, pepper, sesame oil, chili oil, and toasted sesame seeds.
