- 🐟 120g sashimi-grade salmon
- 🥚 1 egg yolk
- 🧅 30g minced green onion
Negi Salt Sauce
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp chili oil

Cut the salmon into bite-sized pieces.

Place salmon, green onion, and sauce ingredients into a plastic bag. Massage gently and seal the bag. Refrigerate for 10 minutes to marinate.

Serve rice in a bowl, top with the marinated salmon mixture, and create a small indentation in the center. Place the egg yolk in the indentation.
