Main Ingredients
- 🍚 2 cups cooked rice
- 🍄 200g oyster mushrooms
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
- 🥚 2 eggs
- 1 tbsp cooking oil
Seasoning Sauce
- 🧂 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp cooking wine
- 2 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 🧅 1 tbsp minced green onion
步驟
Trim the base of the oyster mushrooms and blanch them briefly in boiling water. Drain and set aside.
Mix sugar, cooking wine, soy sauce, gochujang, minced garlic, minced green onion, and blanched oyster mushrooms in a bowl. Let it marinate for a few minutes.
Heat a pan with cooking oil and stir-fry the marinated oyster mushrooms. Add sesame seeds and sesame oil before finishing.
Serve the stir-fried oyster mushrooms over warm rice and top with a fried egg.
Sprinkle sesame seeds on top for garnish.
