- 🐟 200g yellowtail fillets (2 pieces)
Oil
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Vegetables
- 🥬 1 bag baby leaf greens
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1/2 tsp doubanjiang
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger

Pat the yellowtail fillets dry with a paper towel.

Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat and cook the yellowtail for 3 minutes on each side.
