- 10 perilla leaves
Sauce
- 🧂 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
- 1 tsp mirin
- 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp gochujang

Wash the perilla leaves thoroughly and pat them dry.

Mix all the sauce ingredients (soy sauce, sesame oil, chili powder, grated garlic, mirin, sesame seeds, and gochujang) in a bowl.

Dip each perilla leaf into the sauce, layer them in a container, and pour the remaining sauce over the top.

Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
