Essential Ingredients
- 200g thinly sliced pork belly
- 1 handful of chives
- 🧅 1/4 onion, thinly sliced
- 3 cups water
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp rice wine
- A pinch of black pepper
Spicy Sauce Ingredients
- 3 chopped green chili peppers
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 3 tbsp vinegar
- 🍬 2 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
步驟
Cut the chives into 4–5 cm lengths.
Thinly slice the onion and soak it in cold water to remove its sharpness. Drain and pat dry.
Chop the green chili peppers into small pieces.
In a pot, combine water, soy sauce, rice wine, and black pepper. Bring to a boil and blanch the pork belly slices, stirring to prevent clumping.
Mix the spicy sauce ingredients thoroughly. Toss the blanched pork belly, onion, and sauce together. Serve with chives on the side.
