Fish
- 🐟 200g salmon fillets (2 pieces)
Vegetables
- 🥬 200g cabbage, chopped
- 🍄 100g enoki mushrooms
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp chili paste
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 🌰 1 tbsp white sesame seeds
步驟
Chop the cabbage into bite-sized pieces. Trim the root of the enoki mushrooms, separate them, and cut into thirds.
Season the salmon fillets with a pinch of salt and pepper.
Mix all sauce ingredients (sake, soy sauce, sesame oil, chili paste, salt, pepper, and sesame seeds) in a bowl.
Place cabbage, salmon, and enoki mushrooms on aluminum foil in order. Pour the sauce over the ingredients and wrap tightly. Repeat to make two foil packets.
Bake the foil packets in a toaster oven for about 10 minutes.
