- 🥒 1 cucumber, cut into thin sticks
- 1 can (190g) mackerel in water
Spicy Sesame Sauce
- 🧅 3 cm minced green onion
- 🧄 1 clove grated garlic
- 1 clove grated ginger
- 2 tsp white sesame paste
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 2 tsp vinegar
- 1/2 tsp chili bean paste
- 🍬 1/2 tsp sugar

Cut the cucumber into thin stick shapes and place them on a serving plate.

Drain the mackerel can and place the mackerel on top of the cucumber sticks.

In a small bowl, mix minced green onion, grated garlic, grated ginger, white sesame paste, soy sauce, vinegar, chili bean paste, and sugar to create the spicy sesame sauce.
