- 100g Chinese jellyfish

- 🥒 1/2 cucumber, julienned
- 🧅 1/4 green onion, minced
Seasonings
- 1 tsp sake
- 1/2 tsp chicken broth powder
- 1/2 tsp chili oil
- 🌰 to taste white sesame seeds
