Main Ingredients
- 150g soaked glass noodles
- 🍤 20 shrimp
- 🧅 1/2 onion
- 🧅 1/2 stalk green onion
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp chili oil
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Seasoning
- 1/2 cup anchovy kelp stock
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 2 tbsp cooking wine
- Pinch of black pepper
步驟
Soak the glass noodles in lukewarm water for 20–30 minutes.
Mix all seasoning ingredients in advance and set aside.
Heat chili oil and minced garlic in a pan before it gets hot to release aroma.
Add shrimp and onion to the pan and stir-fry until shrimp is cooked.
Add glass noodles and green onion, stir-frying until the noodles turn transparent.
Pour the seasoning mixture into the pan and simmer until well combined. Finish with sesame oil and serve over rice.
