Noodles
- 🍜 150g somen noodles
Canned Fish
- 🐟 190g canned mackerel in miso
Oil
- 2 tsp sesame oil
Vegetables
- 🧅 10cm white onion julienned
Seasoning
- To taste white sesame seeds
Sauce
- 1/2 tbsp sake
- 1 tsp doubanjiang
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
步驟
Place the canned mackerel in a bowl, break it apart, and mix with sake, doubanjiang, garlic, and ginger. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 1 minute.
Boil water in a pot and cook the somen noodles according to the package instructions. Rinse under cold water and drain well.
In a separate bowl, mix the somen noodles with sesame oil.
Plate the noodles, top with the mackerel mixture, and garnish with julienned white onion and sesame seeds.
