Vegetables
- 1 bag soybean sprouts
- 1/2 bunch chives, cut into 3cm pieces
Seasoning
- 1 tsp toasted sesame seeds
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp doubanjiang (chili bean paste)
- 1 tsp chicken bouillon powder
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
步驟

Cut the chives into 3cm pieces. Boil water in a pot, add soybean sprouts and chives, and blanch for 30 seconds. Drain and let cool slightly.

In a mixing bowl, combine all the seasoning ingredients (sesame oil, soy sauce, doubanjiang, chicken bouillon, and garlic). Add the blanched vegetables and mix well.

Add toasted sesame seeds and mix again. Serve and enjoy!
