Batter Ingredients
- 3 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 💧 4 tbsp water
- 1/2 tsp curry powder
步驟
Clean the squid by removing the innards and cartilage.
Cut below the eyes to separate the tentacles, and remove the beak.
Cut the tentacles into bite-sized lengths.
Peel the skin off the squid and cut the body into bite-sized pieces.
Sprinkle salt and pepper on the squid and coat it with all-purpose flour.
Mix the batter ingredients (flour, water, curry powder) in a bowl.
Dip the squid pieces into the batter and deep-fry at 180°C for 1-2 minutes.
Sprinkle salt on the squid while it's still hot.
