Main Ingredients
- 🐟 100g medium-sized anchovies
- 🌰 50g walnuts
Seasonings
- 🧂 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 2 tbsp gochujang
- 3 tbsp cooking wine
- 1 tbsp corn syrup
- 3 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp oligosaccharide
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
步驟
Prepare anchovies by removing heads and guts, then split them in half. Optionally, prepare 50g of walnuts.
Dry roast anchovies in a pan over medium-low heat until they lose moisture and become crispy.
Roast walnuts for 2 minutes in the same pan.
Mix sugar, chili powder, minced garlic, vegetable oil, cooking wine, gochujang, and corn syrup in a clean pan.
Cook the sauce over low heat, stirring constantly until it bubbles evenly.
Add roasted anchovies and walnuts to the sauce and stir-fry until well-coated.
Turn off the heat and add oligosaccharide and sesame oil for extra gloss and sweetness. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
Spread the stir-fry on a tray to cool before storing to prevent sticking.
