Main Ingredients
- 🍚 1 bowl of cooked rice
- 1/3 pack of bean sprouts
- 🥚 1 egg
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 0.5 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp mirin (cooking wine)
Vegetables
- 🧅 Chopped green onion, as needed
- 🥕 Chopped carrot, as desired
- 🧅 Chopped onion, as desired
- Chopped green chili, as desired
Optional
- 1 tsp sesame oil
步驟
Boil bean sprouts in a pot with 1 cup of water. Once boiling, flip the sprouts and cook for 3 more minutes.
Drain the bean sprouts and rinse with cold water.
Mix chili powder, gochujang, soy sauce, sugar, and mirin to make the sauce.
Heat oil in a pan and sauté chopped green onion until fragrant.
Add the prepared sauce to the pan and mix well.
Add cooked rice to the pan and mix with the sauce. Stir-fry gently to avoid burning.
Turn off the heat and place the boiled bean sprouts on top of the rice. Mix gently with residual heat.
Drizzle sesame oil over the rice for added aroma. Optionally, top with a fried egg.
