- 2 bell peppers, sliced
- 125g konjac, sliced
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
Seasoning
- 1 chili, chopped
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🧂 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce

Slice the bell peppers into thin strips after removing stems and seeds. Chop the chili into small pieces.

Cut the konjac into thin strips after halving its thickness and size.

Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat, stir-fry the konjac until well-cooked, then add beef and cook until the beef changes color.

Add the bell peppers to the pan and stir-fry briefly. Add the seasoning ingredients and cook until the liquid evaporates.
