- 🧅 1/3 green onion, minced
Oil
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp chili paste

Slice the carrot diagonally into thin pieces and julienne them. Mince the green onion.

Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat and add the carrot. Stir-fry until softened.

Add the minced green onion to the pan and stir-fry until softened. Add the seasoning ingredients (sake, soy sauce, chili paste) and cook for about 2 minutes until the liquid evaporates.
