Main
- 🍗 1 chicken breast (250g)
- 🥔 2 potatoes (300g)
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Chicken Marinade
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 🧂 1 tsp soy sauce
- 🧄 1/3 tsp grated garlic
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp doubanjiang
- 1/2 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
步驟
Cut the potatoes in half lengthwise, then slice into 2-3mm thick half-moons. Soak in water and drain.
Slice the chicken into bite-sized pieces. In a bowl, mix the marinade ingredients (sugar, soy sauce, garlic) and add the chicken. Let it marinate for 5 minutes, then coat with cornstarch.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the chicken and cook until both sides are browned.
Add the potatoes to the pan and stir-fry until coated with oil. Cover with a lid and steam for about 2 minutes until the potatoes are tender.
Add the seasoning ingredients (sake, sugar, soy sauce, doubanjiang, sesame seeds) and stir-fry until everything is evenly coated.
