- 🍗 150g chicken skin
Vegetables
- 🥬 300g cabbage, chopped

- 1/2 tsp doubanjiang
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce

Cut the chicken skin into bite-sized pieces.

Chop the cabbage into 4cm squares.

Heat a frying pan over medium-low heat and cook the chicken skin until the fat is rendered. Remove excess fat with a paper towel.

Add doubanjiang and stir-fry to release its spicy flavor. Then add the cabbage and stir-fry until softened.

Add the seasoning ingredients (sake, sugar, soy sauce) and stir-fry for about 1 minute.
