- 270g konjac, torn into pieces
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp doubanjiang
- 💧 200ml water

Peel and cut the taro into bite-sized pieces.

Rub the taro with salt to remove stickiness, rinse well, and drain.

Tear the konjac into bite-sized pieces.

Heat sesame oil in a pot and stir-fry the chicken wings until browned.

Add taro and konjac, stir until coated with oil.

Add the seasoning ingredients (sake, sugar, soy sauce, doubanjiang, water).

Cover with a drop lid and simmer on low heat for 20 minutes.
