Main Ingredients
- 240g fish cake
- 2 tbsp cooking oil
- 1/4 cup water
- 🧅 1 stalk green onion
- 🧅 1/2 onion
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
Sauce Ingredients
- 1 tbsp corn syrup
- 2 tbsp chili powder
- 0.5 tbsp sesame oil
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 0.5 tbsp sugar
- 0.5 tbsp sesame seeds
步驟
Prepare all ingredients according to the list.
Slice the fish cake into strips of any shape and size.
Heat 2 tbsp of cooking oil in a pan and sauté the onion and green onion for 1 minute.
Add the sliced fish cake and 1 tbsp minced garlic to the pan.
Pour 1/4 cup water into the pan to help the sauce absorb better later.
Once the water reduces by half, add 3 tbsp soy sauce.
Add 0.5 tbsp sesame oil and 1 tbsp corn syrup.
Add 0.5 tbsp sugar and 2 tbsp chili powder. Adjust chili powder to taste.
Cook until the sauce is fully absorbed and the fish cake is well-coated.
Transfer to a side dish container and sprinkle 0.5 tbsp sesame seeds on top.
