Main
- 🥩 200g sliced beef
- 🥔 2 medium potatoes (300g)
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Marinade
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
- 🧂 1 tsp sugar
- 2 tsp soy sauce
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp doubanjiang
- 2 tsp toasted sesame seeds
步驟

Cut potatoes into quarters, then thin slices. Soak in water and drain. Microwave in a heatproof container for 5 minutes at 600W.

Place beef in a bag with marinade ingredients and massage. Coat with cornstarch.

Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add beef and stir-fry until the color changes.

Add potatoes and stir-fry until they become translucent.

Add seasoning ingredients and stir-fry to combine.
