- 🦑 1 squid (200g)
Vegetables
- 1/2 bunch chives
- 50g kimchi
Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1/2 tbsp miso
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 1 tbsp white sesame seeds
步驟
Cut the chives into 4cm pieces.
Prepare the squid by separating the body and tentacles, removing the cartilage and cleaning thoroughly.
Peel the outer skin, cut the body into 1cm strips, and clean the tentacles by removing the beak and small suction cups.
Mix the seasoning ingredients (mirin, miso, gochujang, sesame seeds) in a bowl.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan, add the squid, and stir-fry over medium heat until cooked.
Add kimchi and the seasoning mixture, stir-frying until well combined.
Add chives and stir-fry briefly to combine.
