Noodles
- 🍜 200g somyeon noodles
Vegetables
- 🥬 2 cups shredded lettuce
- 🥒 1/2 cup julienned cucumber
- 🥕 1/2 cup julienned carrot
- 🌰 1/2 cup sliced pickled radish
Sauce
- 2 tbsp gochujang
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 🧂 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
Optional
- 1 tbsp plum extract
步驟
Wash and dry the lettuce thoroughly.
Julienne the cucumber, carrot, and pickled radish.
Boil an egg until soft-boiled and set aside.
Mix gochujang, soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, chili powder, sesame oil, minced garlic, and sesame seeds to make the sauce.
Cook the somyeon noodles and rinse under cold water to maintain firmness.
Combine the noodles with the sauce and mix well.
Arrange the prepared vegetables and egg on top of the noodles.
Sprinkle sesame seeds and serve immediately.
