- 8 slices pork belly
Vegetables
- 10cm daikon (300g)
- Leaves from daikon
Starch
- Potato starch as needed
Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Liquid
- 💧 2 tbsp water
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 🧂 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp gochujang
步驟
Peel the daikon and cut into thin strips (5mm thick). Separate the leaves and chop them finely after microwaving for 2 minutes at 600W.
Spread a slice of pork belly, sprinkle potato starch, and wrap around 1/8 of the daikon strips. Repeat for all slices.
Mix the seasoning ingredients (sake, sugar, soy sauce, gochujang) in a bowl.
Heat salad oil in a pan over medium heat. Place the pork rolls seam-side down and cook until browned, turning occasionally.
Add water, cover the pan, and steam on low heat for 5 minutes. Then add the seasoning mixture and coat the rolls evenly while cooking on medium heat.
Serve on a plate and garnish with chopped daikon leaves.
