- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 3 tbsp chili powder
- 4 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
步驟
Peel and chop 3 potatoes, 1/2 onion, and 1/2 zucchini into bite-sized pieces.
Add the chopped vegetables and 2 cans of spicy tuna into a pot.
Add 1 tbsp gochujang, 3 tbsp chili powder, 4 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp sugar, and 1 tbsp minced garlic to the pot.
Pour 400ml of water into the pot, ensuring the ingredients are submerged.
Bring the pot to a boil over high heat, then reduce to medium heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
Check the consistency and adjust with more water or gochujang as needed.
Serve the jjageuli hot, optionally with steamed cabbage wraps or rice.
