Main Ingredients
- 🐟 2 cans tuna (100g each)
- 🧅 1 stalk green onion
- 🧅 1/2 onion
- 1 green chili (adjust to taste)
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp red pepper flakes
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 2 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp doenjang (soybean paste)
- 💧 50 ml water
步驟

Slice the onion into thin pieces.

Slice the green onion into small pieces.

Slice the green chili into thin rounds.

Heat oil in a pan over low heat and sauté minced garlic and red pepper flakes.

Add the chopped onion and drained canned tuna to the pan. Stir-fry over medium heat.

Add doenjang, gochujang, sugar, and water to the pan. Stir well to combine.

Finally, add the green onion and mix well before serving.
