Main Ingredients
- 🐟 150g canned tuna
- 🧅 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 green chilies, chopped
- 2 hot chilies, chopped
- 🥕 1 medium carrot, diced
- 🥔 1 medium potato, diced
- 🌽 1/2 cup canned corn, drained
Seasonings
- 1 tsp ginger sauce
- 1 tbsp cooking wine
- 2/3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp corn syrup
- 🧄 1/2 tsp minced garlic
- 🍅 1 tbsp ketchup
- 2 tbsp gochujang
步驟
Drain the oil from the canned tuna thoroughly. Chop all vegetables and prepare them in advance. Drain the canned corn as well.
Mix ginger sauce, cooking wine, soy sauce, sesame oil, corn syrup, minced garlic, ketchup, and gochujang in a bowl to prepare the seasoning sauce.
Heat a pan and add 2 tbsp of oil. Stir-fry diced potatoes and carrots until the potatoes turn translucent.
Add chopped onions and chilies to the pan and stir-fry quickly over high heat.
Add the drained canned corn and stir-fry briefly.
Pour the prepared seasoning sauce into the pan and stir-fry over medium heat, mixing well to coat the vegetables evenly.
Add the drained canned tuna and gently mix to combine with the vegetables and sauce.
Sprinkle sesame seeds on top before serving. This step is optional.
