Meat
- 150g sliced pork
Vegetables
- 🥬 100g spinach, trimmed and cut into 4cm pieces
- 🥬 150g cabbage, cut into bite-sized pieces
Seasonings
- 🧂 A pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
Sauces
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1/3 tsp chicken stock powder
步驟
Trim the spinach roots and cut into 4cm pieces. Cut the cabbage into bite-sized pieces.
Season the pork slices with a pinch of salt and pepper in a bowl.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the pork and grated garlic, stir-frying until the pork changes color.
Add the cabbage and spinach to the pan. Cover with a lid and steam for about 1 minute over medium heat. Stir-fry until softened, then add the sauces and mix well.
