- 🥬 200g spinach
Seafood
- 🐟 190g canned mackerel in water
Spices
- 1 tsp curry powder
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper

- 1/2 tbsp salad oil

Trim the spinach roots slightly, wash in water, and drain. Cut into 4cm pieces.

Heat salad oil in a frying pan, add canned mackerel, and stir lightly to break it apart.

Spread spinach over the mackerel, cover with a lid, and steam for 30 seconds over medium heat.

Remove the lid and stir-fry for 1–2 minutes until the spinach softens. Add curry powder, salt, and pepper, and mix well.
