- 2 tbsp sake

步驟
Scrub the clam shells together to clean them and drain the water.
Trim the spinach roots slightly, make cross cuts, and rinse thoroughly. Cut into bite-sized pieces. Mince the garlic after removing its core.
Boil water in a pot, add salt (not listed in ingredients) and spaghetti. Cook slightly shorter than the package instructions. Add spinach 1 minute before the spaghetti is done to blanch it.
