Main Ingredients
- 30g glass noodles
- 3 slices ham
- 🥒 1/2 cucumber (50g)
- 🥕 4cm carrot (30g)
- 🥬 1/3 bunch spinach (66.7g)
Dressing
- 🧂 1 tsp sugar
- 2 tsp vinegar
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
步驟
Cut the cucumber and carrot into thin strips. Trim the spinach roots, make cross cuts at the base, rinse thoroughly, and microwave for 1 minute at 600W. Soak in water, squeeze out excess moisture, and cut into bite-sized pieces. Cut the glass noodles in half with kitchen scissors.
Cut the ham in half and slice into thin strips.
Boil water in a pot and cook the glass noodles and carrot according to the package instructions. Drain well.
Mix the dressing ingredients in a bowl. Add the cooked noodles, carrot, ham, cucumber, and spinach, then toss to combine.
