- 🐖 200g pork loin slices
Vegetables
- 🥬 200g spinach
- 🧅 1/2 green onion, thinly sliced
Seasonings
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 2 tsp vinegar
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- Dash of chili oil

Cut spinach into 3cm pieces and slice green onion thinly.

Boil water in a pot, add spinach and green onion, and cook for 30 seconds to 1 minute. Drain and remove excess water.

Boil water again, add pork slices one by one, cook until done, and drain. Let cool slightly.

Mix all seasonings in a bowl. Add cooked spinach, green onion, and pork. Toss well to combine.
