- 🍝 100g spaghetti
Fish
- 🐟 1 fillet salted salmon
Vegetables
- 🥬 100g spinach
Oil
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Flour
- 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
Cream Cheese Sauce
- 🥛 100ml milk
- 🧀 1 tbsp grated cheese
- 1/2 tsp consomme
- Pinch of pepper
步驟
Cut the spinach into bite-sized pieces and slice the salted salmon into manageable portions.
Boil water in a pot, add spaghetti, and cook according to package instructions. Add spinach during the last 30 seconds of cooking, then drain.
Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add salmon, and cook until browned on one side. Flip and cook through. Turn off the heat, add flour, and mix until no lumps remain.
Add milk, grated cheese, consomme, and pepper to the pan. Stir and heat over medium heat until the sauce thickens. Add the spaghetti and spinach, tossing to coat evenly.
