Cut off the spinach roots and make cross cuts. Wash the spinach in a bowl of water.

Boil water in a frying pan, add spinach, and cook for about 1 minute until tender. Rinse with cold water and squeeze out excess moisture. Cut into 4cm pieces.

In a bowl, mix spinach, ponzu soy sauce, bonito flakes, and dried shirasu.
