- 🍤 80g peeled shrimp

- 🌽 120g canned corn

- 🧈 20g salted butter
- 🥛 300ml milk
- 🧀 80g pizza cheese

- 3 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp breadcrumbs
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- Dash of black pepper
- 1 tsp consomme powder
步驟
Wrap spinach in damp plastic wrap, microwave at 600W for 2 minutes, cool in water, drain, and cut into 2cm pieces.
Cut shrimp into thirds, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes. Drain canned corn.
In a microwave-safe container, combine butter and flour, cover loosely, and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes.
Add 2/3 of the milk to the mixture, stir, cover loosely, and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes. Stir until smooth, add remaining milk, and microwave again for 2 minutes.
Add seasonings, spinach, shrimp, and corn to the sauce, mix well, and transfer to a baking dish.
Top with pizza cheese and breadcrumbs, then toast in a toaster oven for 3–5 minutes until golden brown.
