- 20g short-type vermicelli
- 🥬 100g spinach, chopped
- 1/2 tbsp dried wakame
Seasoning
- 1/2 tsp chicken stock powder
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- Pinch of pepper
- 💧 400ml water
步驟

Trim the spinach roots slightly, make cross cuts at the base, and rinse thoroughly. Chop into 3cm pieces.

Heat a pot over medium heat and add all seasoning ingredients. Bring to a boil.

Add spinach, wakame, and vermicelli to the pot. Once boiling, cover with a lid and simmer on low heat for 5 minutes.
