- 1 can (180g) canned clams
Vegetables
- 🥬 1 bunch spinach, cut into 4cm pieces
- 🥔 2 potatoes, diced into 1cm cubes
- 🥕 1/3 carrot, diced into 1cm cubes
- 🧅 1/2 onion, diced into 1cm cubes
Dairy
- 🧈 20g salted butter
- 🥛 300cc milk
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp salad oil
- 1/2 tsp consomme
- Pinch of pepper
- 💧 100cc water
步驟
Cut spinach into 4cm pieces. Dice potatoes, carrots, and onion into 1cm cubes. Soak diced potatoes in water and drain.
Microwave butter in a heatproof container for 30 seconds at 600W until melted. Let cool and mix in flour.
Heat salad oil in a pot over medium heat. Sauté potatoes, carrots, and onion until softened.
Add canned clams and seasoning ingredients (milk, consomme, pepper, water). Bring to a boil, cover, and simmer on low heat for 5 minutes.
Add spinach and cook until wilted. Stir in the butter-flour mixture and mix until thickened.
