- 🥬 1 handful spinach

- 🍤 1/2 cup shrimp

- 🍚 1 bowl cooked rice

- 3 tbsp cooking oil

- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 🌰 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
步驟
Remove the shells from shrimp if necessary. Use fresh shrimp, cocktail shrimp, or shrimp meat as preferred.
Wash spinach under running water, trim the red roots, chop finely, and cut the rest into 5 cm pieces.
Heat cooking oil over medium heat and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
Add shrimp and stir-fry for about 1 minute over medium heat.
Add spinach and stir-fry until its volume reduces, about 1-2 minutes over medium heat.
Add cooked rice and stir-fry over medium heat.
Season with soy sauce and salt, stir well, and finish with sesame seeds. Reduce heat to low.
