Bread
- 🍞 2 slices of sandwich bread
Egg
- 🥚 1 egg
Meat
- 🍖 2 slices of ham
Vegetable
- 🥬 2 leaves of spring cabbage
Cheese / Dairy
- 🧀 1 slice of cheese
Condiments
- 2 tsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp mustard
- 🧂 Pinch of pepper
Oil
- 1 tsp salad oil
步驟
Thinly slice the spring cabbage.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat and crack the egg into the pan. Cook until lightly browned, then flip and cook the other side similarly.
Spread mayonnaise and mustard on one side of each slice of bread.
Layer spring cabbage, fried egg, ham, and cheese on one slice of bread. Sprinkle with pepper and top with the second slice of bread.
Wrap the sandwich tightly in plastic wrap and let it sit for 5 minutes to settle.
Cut the sandwich in half and serve on a plate.
