- 200g spring cabbage
- 1 1/2 tbsp dried wakame
Seafood
- 2 tbsp boiled shirasu
Seasonings
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/3 tsp chicken stock powder
- 🍋 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 🌾 1 tsp toasted white sesame seeds

In a bowl, soak dried wakame in plenty of water and rehydrate according to the package instructions. Drain well.

Cut the spring cabbage in half and slice thinly.
