Main
- 🍝 10g quick-cooking macaroni
- 🌭 1 sausage (20g)
- 🥬 1/2 leaf spring cabbage
- 🍅 3 cherry tomatoes
- 1/3 tsp consomme
- 🧂 A pinch of salt
- A dash of pepper
- 💧 150ml water
Topping
- 🧀 Grated cheese to taste
- 🌿 Dried parsley to taste
步驟
Place macaroni in a mug. Tear the spring cabbage into bite-sized pieces by hand. Cut the sausage into 1cm pieces using kitchen scissors. Remove the stems from cherry tomatoes and poke 3 holes in each using a toothpick. Add them to the mug.
Add water, consomme, salt, and pepper to the mug and mix well. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 4 minutes. Stir lightly, cover again, and let sit for 2–3 minutes until the macaroni softens.
Sprinkle grated cheese and dried parsley on top before serving.
